Course Description
Make plans to join us for the 7th Annual Baseball Sports Medicine: Game-Changing Concepts, taking place November 10-11, 2022, in New York City.

After 2 years with a virtual course due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re excited to be back in New York with a face-to-face meeting that will give attendees the opportunity not only to learn, but also to network with colleagues they may not have seen in years. And we’re delighted to announce that we’ve moved the course to the spectacular new headquarters of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball on Avenue of the Americas.

Through a mix of didactic presentations, video and technique spotlights, and case-based discussions, the expert faculty for the 7th Annual Baseball Sports Medicine: Game-Changing Concepts will help attendees navigate the key issues in managing the health of baseball athletes at all levels of play. They will offer practical, evidence-based solutions to diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating shoulder, elbow, and knee injuries.

Space is very limited, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to reserve your spot at the 7th Annual Baseball Sports Medicine: Game-Changing Concepts. We will also offer a virtual attendance option if you are unable to travel to New York or if the in-person course sells out.

Target Audience
Orthopaedic surgeons, fellows, residents, physician assistants, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, athletic trainers, strength and training coaches, and other healthcare professionals involved in the prevention, management, and rehabilitation of injuries to the baseball athlete.

Educational Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

Analyze epidemiologic trends in baseball injuries for professional, collegiate, and youth baseball players

Integrate prevention strategies with their healthcare team(s) to improve musculoskeletal and medical health for baseball players

Assess and apply surgical and non-surgical treatment recommendations and rehabilitation protocols for the management of essential musculoskeletal and medical conditions in baseball players.
